How are perishable items shipped?

Temperature-sensitive items, such as those that need to be chilled or frozen, are carefully placed in a polystyrene lined box with bags and pellets of dry ice. Enough dry ice is used to keep your delivery at the right temperature until you receive it. Upon receiving the delivery, please immediately place in fridge or freezer.
