When will my grocery order ship?

Order processing and shipping times vary by product and are typically delivered 2-8 business days from the order date.  Each product may ship separately. Dry goods, refrigerated, and frozen products are packaged and shipped separately.

Once your order is ready to ship, it will be placed in custom designed packaging and delivered to you by courier. You will receive an email with tracking information as the item is dispatched 

 Temperature sensitive items, such as those that need to be chilled or frozen, are carefully placed in a polystyrene lined box with bags and pellets of dry ice. Enough dry ice is used to keep your delivery at the right temperature until you receive it.  

Please note that our warehouse packs everything as tightly as possible to ensure the item remains frozen/refrigerated during transit and the dry ice surrounds the item.  As dry ice dissipates it will create pockets of space in the package and products can shift around. 

Upon receiving the delivery, please immediately place in fridge or freezer. If you are away when the delivery is completed, please pay special attention to your email for confirmation that the order has arrived, and arrange for it to be taken inside and placed in a fridge or freezer as soon as possible.
